Hola!
My path as a Product & Service Designer has been shaped by working closely with people. Designers, product teams and stakeholders who care about building things that actually make sense in the real world. These experiences have helped me understand design not just as an output, but as a process of listening, aligning, and making informed decisions.
I feel most at home in collaborative spaces where ideas are explored openly and refined together. I enjoy turning insights into tangible outcomes, from journeys and service concepts to wireframes and flows. At the core of my work is a simple goal: to design products and services that feel clear, intentional, and genuinely human.
Design, the way
I practice it.
My approach to design is structured, but never rigid. I often use the Double Diamond as a guiding structure not as a fixed process, but as a way to stay grounded while navigating complexity. That doesn’t mean I always run every phase end-to-end or rely on predefined tools and templates. I adapt my approach to the needs of each project, drawing from design thinking and related methodologies as flexible supports rather than strict rules. What matters most to me is using the right level of structure at the right moment.
I enjoy working in teams and see collaboration as a core part of my practice. I’m comfortable guiding others when clarity is needed, and just as open to receiving support and direction when someone else has deeper expertise.
I don’t believe designers need to know everything. I’m aware of what I know and what I don’t and I’m intentional about learning along the way, asking thoughtful questions and building understanding with others.
